Simply mix the fruits that you have and put them in a blender, later staining the juice, or in a juicer to prepare yourself a healthy drink.
So the big day is ahead of you, and you need to get to work. Instead of using transportation, leave your car keys at home today, forget about buses and walk to your office instead of driving.
